By using our websites or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or services.
About Our Services
Keep Livin’ is an educational program of Axxess Benefit Consultants, a licensed insurance agency based in Fayetteville, Georgia. Through our websites you can request educational materials about Medicare and schedule a no-cost consultation with a licensed insurance agent. Consultations are informational; you are never obligated to enroll in any plan.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description: When you provide your phone number and opt in, Keep Livin’ by Axxess Benefit Consultants may send you text messages related to your request, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and replies to your questions.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan.
Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you can opt in again through our websites or by contacting us.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service from Axxess Benefit Consultants.

Scheduling & Consultations
